Preparing for Your Own Good Death and Life Course*
*Payment of all 9 classes is required upfront to secure a spot in the course. Participants are financially responsible for paying for all 9 classes (even for missed classes). This is a 9-month long course that meets once a month. Each class is 3 hours in length. By enrolling in this course, you are committing financially to 9 classes (only 2 classes can be missed). **CEOLT’s Advance Care and After Death Care Directives Workshop is a prerequisite for this course.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
* Payment Policy: If paying by credit card, your payment is due upon registration. If paying by check, payment is due 7 days after registration. If the class is less than 2 weeks away and you are not paying by credit card, contact us. **Cancellation Policy: 50% of your workshop fee is refundable for cancellation 6 weeks prior to workshop start date, otherwise no refunds will be given. If Center for End of Life Transitions cancels this workshop for any reason, 100% of your workshop fee will be refunded.
